Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for CRM and CLM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com expertise to drive product improvements and innovations.
  • Apply methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to identify and implement process improvements within CRM and CLM systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies within CRM and CLM systems.
  • Manage technology applications related to CRM and CLM, ensuring effective integration and performance.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and financial teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure product success.
  • Capture and document complex system requirements and processes. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product performance and progress.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years as an Agile Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce.com and CLM systems.
  • Experience in Business Process Optimization and Change Management. Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and information management, financial management, sales, and marketing.
  • Exceptional personal organization, planning, time management, communication, influence, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, leading within an organization, and pursuing new products and innovations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
