Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Remedy applications, including workflows, forms, active links, and filters to meet business needs.
• Create and manage complex workflows to automate processes and streamline service delivery.
• Oversee Remedy data, including attributes, classes, and relationships within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Integrate Remedy with other enterprise applications using APIs and data interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues within the Remedy system, providing technical support to end-users.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Remedy solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and ensure the scalability and efficiency of Remedy applications.
• Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for Remedy applications, workflows, and configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient in BMC Remedy Developer Studio with a deep understanding of Remedy tools, including form design, workflow creation, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of IT service management best practices and processes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like ARERR, ARIS, and good knowledge of Java for integrations.
• Solid grasp of SQL and querying techniques to manage Remedy data.
• Knowledge of web services for system integrations.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
