Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans, focusing on mechanical stress, environmental, and fatigue testing. 
• Analyze test data and use advanced failure analysis techniques (optical microscopy, x-ray/CT scans, SEM, FTIR, mass spectrometry) to identify root causes of failures.
• Apply FMEA, DOE, and statistical tools (Weibull++, JMP) to improve product design and predict life cycles.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet reliability requirements, update documentation, and provide testing progress updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, investigate test failures, and drive corrective actions or design improvements.
• Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions with a “can-do” attitude.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in reliability testing, failure analysis, and statistical tools (Weibull++, JMP).
• Familiarity with FMEA, DOE, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with advanced simulation tools.
