Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead Risk-Based Analysis such as Criticality Analysis and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Implement and support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
• Perform and facilitate thorough Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for equipment and system failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support development and validation of Bill of Materials, Critical Spares, and Asset Hierarchies to enhance CMMS effectiveness.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals to ensure accurate maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Leverage data from CMMS/EAM platforms such as SAP, MAXIMO, or MP2 to monitor and improve equipment performance.
• Apply working knowledge of mechanical systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
• Engage in hands-on troubleshooting, machine debug, and manufacturing process improvement efforts.
• Ensure alignment with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk-based reliability tools (Criticality Analysis, FMEA).
• 6+ years of experience with RCM and/or TPM.
• Proficient in Root Cause Failure Analysis methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance technologies.
• Familiarity with tool room and assembly processes.
• Understanding of CMMS/EAM systems; experience with SAP, MAXIMO, or MP2 preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical blueprints and system schematics.
