Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead the two-day PI planning event, aligning teams with enterprise objectives.
• Track metrics, facilitate ART Syncs and System Demos, and promote DevOps practices.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other roles to improve Lean-Agile practices.
• Implement pull systems and value stream mapping to eliminate bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Lead Inspect & Adapt events and use tools like AgilityInsights to assess and improve team health.
• Support teams, promote empathy, and represent the ART in public speaking engagements.

Qualifications

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification (6.0): Required
• Scaled Agile Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification (6.0): Preferred
• AgilityInsights Facilitator Certification: Preferred
• Proven experience in Agile coaching, PI Planning, and ART facilitation.
• Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration, manage conflicts, and foster alignment across teams.
• Prior experience in public speaking and facilitating large groups is highly desirable.
