Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead PI Planning events and align teams to program objectives.
• Track ART execution, monitor metrics, and ensure delivery of business value.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Management, and teams on Agile and SAFe practices.
• Facilitate Inspect & Adapt workshops to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and System Architects for alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or similar role within Agile environments.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale planning sessions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and SAFe frameworks, including ART execution, PI planning, and program-level metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
