Responsibilities

• Plan and manage release windows, cycles, and deployment schedules across multiple teams and vendors.
• Drive process improvements, enforce checklists, and ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Identify and manage risks and issues that impact release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor release progress to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery that meets business expectations.
• Coordinate release scope, including service requests, third-party updates, and OS patches.
• Communicate key plans, changes, and requirements clearly across all stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Conduct Release Readiness, Milestone, and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Prepare and maintain Deployment Plans, Runbooks, and Implementation documentation.
