We are seeking an experienced Reinsurance Business Analyst with strong expertise in P&C insurance and both ceded and assumed reinsurance. This role involves analyzing reinsurance data, documenting business requirements, and supporting end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map reinsurance data for underwriting and claims
• Prepare BRDs, process flows, use cases, and support UAT
• Interpret reinsurance outputs: bordereaux, Schedule F/P, cash calls, ceded premium/loss
• Collaborate with technical teams and ensure alignment with business needs
• Manage scope changes, perform impact analysis, and support project delivery
• Ensure data governance, reconciliation, and controls are in place
• Communicate effectively with business, IT, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years in P&C insurance, with deep reinsurance knowledge
• Strong understanding of reinsurance data flows and regulatory reporting
• Proficient in Agile methodology and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience with system walkthroughs, test planning, and delivery support
