Roles and Responsibilities

• Development of consulting and advisory-related tools, accelerators, and competency of the team.
  
• Ability to research and collate or contribute to Thought Leadership content and articles.
• Organize and lead specific sessions in workshops, expert discussions, and meetings and competently guide clients through the consulting process.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify or discover weaknesses and problems determine the causes and develop plans to overcome them.
• Process Mapping, Debottlenecking Analysis, and identifying improvement of opportunities.
  
• Research and collate or contribute to client presentations.
  
• Identify, plan, and execute automation and transformation approaches in the Regulatory.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• At least 8 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or related role.
• Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to your area of specialization.
• Familiarity with the specific industry or sector you are working in, including regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare).
