Regression Tester With Banking Experience

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and Javascript.

·         Conduct regression testing to identify and document defects, ensuring the quality of releases.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new features and existing functionalities.

·         Integrate testing frameworks with AI and GenAI models to enhance testing capabilities.

·         Execute test plans, analyze results, and report on testing progress and quality metrics.

·         Identify, document, and track bugs and issues for resolution.

·         Continuously improve testing processes and automation strategies.

Requirements:

·         Proven experience in regression testing and test automation.

·         Strong programming skills in Python and Javascript.

·         Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.

·         Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their application in testing.

·         Familiarity with banking domain processes and compliance standards.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred skills:

·         Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.

·         Certification in Testing.

·         Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization.
