Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, reusable UI components using ReactJS and integrate them with Salesforce applications.
• Implement and customize Salesforce applications leveraging tools such as Sales Cloud, Visualforce, Apex Programming, and Apex Web Services.
• Build and style components using Lightning Design System (LDS) and develop components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks.
• Create reusable, efficient, and well-documented components for both desktop and mobile platforms (Salesforce 1).
• Utilize Process Builder, Flow, and other tools to create complex workflows, automations, and large-scale process management in Salesforce.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.
• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes using BitBucket, Jenkins, and other modern tools.
• Ensure that developed components and applications are optimized for mobile platforms, particularly Salesforce1 mobile app.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and work collaboratively with a Scrum team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in developing and implementing Salesforce-based applications using Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, building reusable components, and managing application state.
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex Programming, Apex Web Services, and Salesforce Configuration.
• Experience with Process Builder, Flow, and configuring approval processes, security models, and large-scale workflows.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular) for responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• Experience with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks, including Inter-Component communication patterns and styling with Lightning Design System.
• Experience with BitBucket, Jenkins, Gulp, NodeJS in CI/CD environments.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira for task tracking and sprint management.
