Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of cross-platform React Native mobile applications.
• Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration of RESTful APIs and SDKs.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning and UI optimization.
• Coordinate with UX designers to ensure optimal user experience.
• Make critical design and technical decisions to enhance app architecture.
• Develop ADA-compliant code and ensure accessibility standards.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for smooth deployment.
• Guide a team of developers and assist with problem-solving and technical challenges.
• Conduct unit testing with Jest, ensuring robust and maintainable code.
• Partner with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Product Owners for requirements clarification and support.
• Manage integrations with web services and financial industry-specific platforms (e.g., Salesforce Financial Services Cloud).
• Foster an agile development environment, adhering to best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of React Native mobile app development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integrations.
• Proficiency in iOS or Android native development.
• Strong understanding of app architecture, data modeling, and security.
• Solid experience with Redux, Jest, Axios, Expo, and SDK integrations.
• Financial industry experience and knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a must.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
