React JS Developer

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• In-depth knowledge of React.js, including JSX, Virtual DOM, and component lifecycle
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, MobX, or Flux
• Expertise in building reusable components and front-end libraries
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop highly responsive and scalable user interface components using React
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate designs into quality code
• Create and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries
• Optimize application performance across devices and browsers
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in peer code reviews
• Use modern build tools and pipelines such as Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn
• Ensure code quality through testing using frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Stay current with front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Additional Requirements

• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, Mercurial)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
