Required Skills

• 3+ years production React (hooks, functional components)
• Strong JS/TS, DOM, modern CSS (or CSS-in-JS), bundlers
• State management: Redux/RTK, Zustand, Recoil, or Context
• Component library & design system experience (Storybook, testing)
• Integration with REST & WebSocket APIs (gRPC-web a plus)
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress
• Accessibility (a11y) and performance optimization
• Strong debugging (devtools, profiling)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, build pipelines, linting

Responsibilities

• Build and ship React UI for NFR authoring, validation dashboards, gating screens, audit trails
• Convert requirements into maintainable React components and state management
• Deliver responsive, accessible, secure, high-performance UI
• Integrate with backend APIs (gRPC/REST/WebSockets) and implement client-side validation
• Lead feature delivery, triage issues, and drive rollout
• Collaborate with backend, SRE, security, QA, and product teams
• Implement telemetry, performance tracing, and error reporting
• Write unit/integration/e2e tests; maintain UI documentation and component library
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews
