Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Assist with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of RadiantLogic solutions.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for RadiantLogic VDS and associated identity management tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
  • Perform regular system health checks and optimize performance.
  • Integrate RadiantLogic with various directory services, including LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed in the configuration and management of RadiantLogic solutions.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.

 

Required Skills
  • Proven experience with RadiantLogic VDS implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in directory services, including LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity management protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RadiantLogic Certified Professional) are a plus.
 
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with other identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, providing technical support and consulting services.
