Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead or support early innovation and proof-of-concept development.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models using SolidWorks or similar platforms.
• Fabricate and test mechanical devices, prototypes, and fixtures in labs or on manufacturing floors.
• Design, iterate, and test prototypes while documenting and communicating test results.
• Conduct research to develop new products, processes, or improve existing ones.
• Program and operate custom robots and robotic spray booths.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Strong expertise in 3D CAD modeling with software like SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experience with labs and tools (presses, ovens) and prototype fabrication.
• Knowledge of product development processes, design control, and medical device design.
• Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE), test methods, and statistical tools.
• Preferred experience in polymer-based manufacturing, mechanical testing, and robot programming.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership abilities.
• Minimum 2+ years in the Medical Device Industry.
