We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality/Test Engineer with strong mechanical aptitude and/or an engineering background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine experience and a solid understanding of product support and testing processes within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related accredited engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent technical qualification with relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical and product knowledge with hands-on machine experience considered highly desirable.
- 2–4 years of experience in product support, quality engineering, testing, or a related technical role.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment or industrial product systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with complex mechanical systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Notes:
- Experience with heavy equipment product lines and related systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced engineering environment.
