Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits twice per week, including Back Plate Assembly, Back Plate Wiring, Power Envelope Assembly, Power Envelope Wiring, and Shop Test.
• Document Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), 5Why, and corrective action plans, and monitor their sustainability.
• Update operations process instructions on Teams SharePoint and perform internal audits as per the schedule.
• Review and update ISO 9001:2015 documentation and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation on SharePoint.
• Document quality issues related to supplier quality in Excel on Caterpillar SharePoint and inspect supplier quality.
• Record all serial numbers impacted by quality issues and document all non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
• Proficient in documenting processes and performing process/internal audits.
• Efficient in using Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables.
• Electrical background or experience.
