• Experience in aerospace domain only
• 3+ years strong knowledge & experience of AS9100 and quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions (CAPA)
• Lead MRB activities and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Reviewing and authorizing returned materials from customers
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures
• Collect and analyze quality data from production, inspection, suppliers, and customer feedback
• Conduct Zero Defect Plans (ZDP)
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports
• Advanced Excel & data analytics tools
