Our Client looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify requirements, design testing models, and implement testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design robust testing models.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging QA tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a software development environment.
- Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
