Roles and Responsibilities

• Update and maintain automation frameworks, create and execute automated tests using tools like SmartBear SOAP-UI/ReadyAPI, Selenium WebDriver.
• Create test strategies, test cases, and execute tests for backend databases, web services, and web applications.
• Track quality metrics, document defects, and assist in resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, suggest process improvements, and deliver training.
• Verify data, analyze test results, and provide insights to improve the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 5-7 years of testing experience, including backend database testing and test automation.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with web services testing.
• Familiarity with QA tools like SOAP-UI/ReadyAPI, Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong scripting skills in Groovy/Java and understanding of OOP.
• Experience with Testrunner tools (JUnit5, TestNG, Cucumber).
• Proficient with Jenkins, Maven, Gradle.
• Experience with PowerBI, Azure, or cloud testing (Preferred).
