We are seeking a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce and MuleSoft testing for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be based in the EST time zone and must be proficient in API testing, end-to-end scenario validation, and collaboration across technical teams.
Roles and Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing across systems, including Postman → MuleSoft APIs → Salesforce → Policy & Claims systems.
- Conduct API testing using Postman.
- Validate data in Salesforce through UI navigation and basic data queries.
- Check MuleSoft logs and ensure API response integrity.
- Support go-live activities and post-production validation.
- Coordinate testing efforts with internal IT and client teams.
- Maintain testing artifacts, status reports, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Experience testing Salesforce applications (data validation, navigation, query execution)
- Familiarity with MuleSoft (log review and basic troubleshooting)
- Expert in API testing using Postman
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flow
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
