Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop major components and features of customer communication workflows.
• Ensure the development of high-quality, secure code across the entire team.
• Interface with key stakeholders and business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor Mid/Junior Software Engineers and support their development.
• Possess strong hands-on technical skills for building and operating complex systems.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on attention to detail, professionalism, time management, and task prioritization.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn analysis into actionable insights.

Technical

• Create and maintain automated customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire Flex. Develop templates and solutions for digital and print communications.
• Implement data integration and transformation processes for personalized communications, working with various data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, CRM systems, and APIs.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inspire Flex workflows and data processing.
• Maintain detailed application documentation and support the onboarding of new client campaigns and projects.

Non-Technical

• Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) IT or equivalent sectors.
• Mastery of industry standards, business processes, workflows, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Agile development and testing.
• Proven experience in applying automation for repeatable tasks.
• Strong communication, technical, and remote collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing large, cross-system and cross-team initiatives.
