Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QNXT Benefits Configurator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and managing benefits within the QNXT system. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient benefit setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain benefit plans within the QNXT system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate benefit configurations.
  • Perform testing and validation of benefit configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues and discrepancies.
  • Document configuration processes and maintain up-to-date configuration documentation.
  • Provide training and support to users on benefit configuration and usage.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation related to benefits configuration.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in QNXT benefits configuration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare benefits and managed care operations.
  • Proficient in QNXT system navigation and configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with other healthcare management systems.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
