Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to support various testing needs.
• Lead the creation and execution of automated test suites for different components of our software products.
• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and advocate for best practices in quality engineering.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members in automation best practices.
• Analyze and report on test results, defects, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in quality engineering and automation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in quality engineering and automation.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
