Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the test automation strategy, framework, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure testability from the outset.
• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers in creating and maintaining automated test suites.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline test processes and increase efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Ensure test coverage and the reliability of automated test suites.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and provide feedback to development teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA process and methodologies.
• Document test automation procedures, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering and test automation.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Oracle Application Test Suites (OATS)  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution.
• Experience in performance and load testing is a plus.
• Certifications in test automation or quality assurance are a bonus.
