We are seeking a skilled QAD EDI Functional Consultant with extensive experience in QAD E-Commerce modules and EDI processes. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise, support production environments, and contribute to solution design and implementation.
Required Technical/Functional Skills
- Extensive understanding and hands-on experience with QAD E-Commerce Module.
- Experience in EDI Translations, Process Maps, and Transformation Maps.
- Proficient in designing, building, and testing E-Commerce functional and technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of EDI file formats such as ANSI X12 / EDIFACT and related messages (Schedule Releases, ASN, Invoice, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic B2B workflow applications like IBM Sterling Integrator (SI).
- Expertise in PROGRESS 4GL programming.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide production support for QAD E-Commerce applications.
- Be available on-call to handle critical issues and system outages.
- Triaging issues and providing timely resolutions to business users.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
- Provide consultation and solutions for QAD E-Commerce functionality.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions and actively contribute to issue resolution affecting application functionality.
Managerial/Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth application support.
- Experience working in Onsite/Offshore models.
