Responsibilities

• Perform manual API testing and ensure quality across Microservices.
• Develop test plans, strategies, and test cases for API services.
• Utilize Postman and CURL to test APIs and validate endpoints.
• Manage defects using Jira and report test results to stakeholders.
• Implement API test automation for backend microservices.
• Analyze logs using Splunk to identify errors and patterns.
• Develop and maintain test tools using Python or Shell scripting.
• Continuously improve test processes and stay updated on industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manual API Testing.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Proficient with Postman and CURL for API testing.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab, and Splunk.
• Test Automation experience is a plus.
• Python or Shell scripting for tool development.
• Ability to analyze API performance and troubleshoot issues.
