•Responsibility around Automation Test Strategy and Execution oversight for a large Program
•Develop Test Strategy, Plans and Management Reports for Programs and projects covering Functional, Test Automation, Security, UX, Accessibility etc.
•Work with Product Owners/BAs, Development teams, QA Teams and Senior Management to execute an End-to-End QA strategy
•Plan and implement Continuous Improvements in Process, tools and methods Skills
•15+ years of experience in QA Delivery across Functional, Automation Testing • Proven expertise in working with teams in Scrum model, especially around Continuous Testing principles
•Experience in Telecom domain a must
•10+ years’ experience in leading Test Automation Initiatives
•Must have – Experience in using AccelQ
•Must have - Strong hands on experience in Java development, Scripting, Selenium, JMeter, BDD, TDD, Cucumber, integrations with Devops pipelines etc
