We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Mobile Automation Testing and Functional Testing to join our team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Eggplant automation, project coordination, client interaction, and testing within GIS and Utilities domains. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead testing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Eggplant Automation Testing.
- Strong Functional Testing expertise.
- Experience in Mobile Testing and Mobile Automation Testing.
- Proven experience in project coordination and client-facing interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Utilities domains.
- Proficiency with QMetry and JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of additional automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities for mobile applications and enterprise systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Eggplant.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, communicate testing progress, and address quality concerns.
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution reports using QMetry.
- Track, report, and manage defects through JIRA.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support release planning and provide quality sign-off recommendations.
