Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing across systems: Postman, MuleSoft, APIs Salesforce, Policy & Claims Systems.
• Use Salesforce for data validation, navigation, and running basic queries.
• Work with MuleSoft logs and monitor API behavior during testing.
• Use Postman for API validation and integration testing.
• Manage test artifacts, execute test plans, and document results.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to support go-live and post-production validation.
• Participate in defect tracking and resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Postman and API testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce UI and data validation.
• Understanding of MuleSoft and ability to check logs and debug integration issues.
• Experience testing integrated enterprise systems, especially involving Salesforce.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate across teams and support release cycles.
