Primary Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on testing for infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, networking, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise architects and project teams to understand system integrations and dependencies.
• Develop, document, and execute testing plans, including regression suites, for I&O projects.
• Represent QA during project discussions, providing guidance on testing scope, approach, and requirements.
• Assess QA involvement needs for infrastructure projects and coordinate with QA leadership as required.
• Identify risks, issues, and gaps in infrastructure deployments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices for infrastructure testing.
• Communicate test results, progress, and issues effectively to project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience in infrastructure testing, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, system integrations, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Ability to provide QA guidance and influence project teams on testing strategies and involvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
• Experience in I&O project environments or IT deployments is a plus.
