Required Skills

• Experience with Bamboo and GitHub
• Automation testing using Cucumber–TestNG framework (Java) Selenium, RestAssured, Maven
• Automation testing using NUnit framework (C#) Selenium, RestAssured, NuGet
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform UI and API testing using automated and manual testing techniques
• Monitor system functions across end-to-end processing flows to identify defects and performance issues
• Validate system configurations, data transformations, and data mappings
• Test new file extracts and platform enhancements
• Conduct data validation and analysis using internal data sources
• Provide defect tracking and enhancement support to development and product teams
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide technical assistance and status updates
• Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices
• Provide guidance to team members on product functionality and processing workflows

Preferred / Desired Skills

• Healthcare domain experience, especially Medical Claims Processing
• Experience working in a SAFe® Agile environment
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box when designing test scenarios
• Flexible mindset and proactive approach to quality assurance
