Core Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on automation tools/strategy to test multiple products ensuring alignment with specifications, settings, and quality
• Drive overall testing strategy and governance framework and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of end to end functional and regression, SIT and UAT testing
• Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program providing actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market
• Formulate the development of hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality
• Creates and implements quality standards.
• Publish/Own quality reports and documentation.
• Should be able to report test Coverage Defects etc and participate in defect Triage meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge/Extensive experience on Rally, Test Plans, Test Suites and Test reports to pull metrics to executive reports
• Knowledge of various Testing tools such as Selenium, Karate,Cucumber, QTP, Junit, etc.
• 5+ Years of Extensive manual and automated testing experience/knowledge as tester.
• Need to be hands on and should be able to write test cases, automation strategy etc and guide trains
