Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks, Tools, and Libraries: Under supervision, develop a basic understanding of small relevant product areas, implementing and maintaining simple automated test cases and simple framework features.
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Able to debug simple automation scripts and tools under supervision.
• Performance Testing Support: Under supervision, implement simple performance test script based on existing automation framework and tools to execute performance tests and provide basic test results report.
• Define and Enforce Automation Standards and Best Practices: Under supervision, practice basic coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for writing and maintaining automated test scripts. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the framework meets simple testing needs within the feature teams
• Create, Monitor, and Analyze Test Results: Create, and review test execution results, a simple analysis of findings.

Required skills

• Strong experience in software testing frameworks and tools development.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Appium.
• Hands-on experience with development environments and IDEs.
• Strong knowledge of testing metrics and performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in writing and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test automation best practices.
