Duties and Responsibilities 

• Develop tools and techniques for improving process efficiencies and data performance.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Review & test the data to ensure accuracy & validity of the data prior to uploading the data to the data lake.
• Involvement in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in order to be able to develop applications using the Python programming language.
• 3+ years of experience using Python programming, Spark (PySpark).
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Know about Cloudera Hadoop or a similar platform.
• Know about Version Control System GIT, Github.
