- Manage end-to-end banking and financial services projects across requirements, planning, execution, delivery, and production implementation.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with banking stakeholders to define business requirements, functional scope, process improvements, and project deliverables.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests; escalate critical items and drive timely resolution.
- Oversee banking initiatives involving payments, core banking, digital banking, financial data, regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, and system integrations.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize requirements, maintain product backlogs, and align delivery with business objectives.
- Track project progress using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project-management tools and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, release planning, deployment activities, and post-production support.
