Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project charters, plans, and deliverables in consultation with key stakeholders to align with project objectives.
• Conduct weekly status meetings to update project status and provide insights to customer project/program managers.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans, discussing them during status meetings.
• Review high-level deliverables across projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate workshops between team and customer teams to enhance collaboration and understanding.
• Manage team dynamics, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Analyze requirements and develop software following defined processes.
• Participate in the development and peer review of low-level designs (LLD) and execute test plans, including the creation of test cases and test data.

Required Skills/Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in development projects for large passenger reservation systems.
• Strong knowledge and experience in BFIS (Business Financial Information Systems) and Payments.
• Proven project management skills with a solid understanding of technical requirements.
• Experience in analyzing requirements and developing software according to project-defined processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving technical issues and exploring alternate designs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to train and coach project team members for effective knowledge management.
