We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale IT projects with enterprise-wide impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies, business analysis, and stakeholder management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT initiatives on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large or cross-functional IT projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

• Deliver projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Own and manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release planning.

• Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation.

• Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear and effective stakeholder communications.

• Track and report project status, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.

• Coordinate closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, and business partners.

• Ensure compliance with project management standards and oversight regulations (e.g., Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C., and related chapters).

• Maintain project documentation repositories and fulfill reporting requirements.

• Perform business analysis activities, including requirements definition, process analysis, and gap assessments.

• Support QA reviews and ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Active PMP certification (PMI) and Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, DaD, CSP, or equivalent).

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT, Business, or Communications.

• Proven experience managing Agile artifacts, including roadmaps, backlogs, and sprints.

• Experience using Azure DevOps or other Agile project management tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of public-sector IT processes, oversight, and procurement practices.

• Familiarity with RFQ, RFP, ITB, ITN processes, and vendor management.

• Experience with SharePoint Online (M365).

• Strong background in business analysis and systems analysis.

• Comfortable presenting to and communicating with large groups of stakeholders.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – required

• Agile Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, DaD, CSP, or equivalent) – required
