Job Duties

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex projects from initiation through to completion. This role involves developing detailed project plans, managing scope changes, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating project progress to stakeholders, identifying potential risks, and implementing contingency plans as necessary.

• Develop full-scale project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, and implement strategies to minimize their impact.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenses remain within approved limits

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of [8] years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
