Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through all phases, including scope development, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as corporate policies and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and external contractors/vendors to deliver projects effectively.
• Track project performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, and financial records.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (degree must be obtained prior to start date).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven project management experience within a refining or petrochemical plant setting.
• 10+ years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
