Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collaborating with business and technical delivery partners for the execution of new Video products and product feature launches.
- Initiatives are mostly focused on streaming/IP video applications and may include traditional/QAM video products.
- Most often, projects overlap with the development/enhancement and launch of web portal applications.
- Launch activities often include end-to-end ownership and cross-collaboration with Customer Ops, Field Ops, Sales, Training, and Marketing groups.
Must Have:
- Familiarity with SDLC is required as responsibilities could include defining software project milestones, meeting management, executive status reporting, etc.
- Request knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Excel, and Word. High level knowledge of the workings of frontend applications and how they interface with backend applications/API are highly desired.
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required. Previous experience in project management is a must. Program management experience is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification desired, but not required.
- Office requirements 3 days per week at home up to 2 days per week.
