We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within live or digital events, and experience in client management. A commercially focused approach with a background in healthcare or sciences, ideally pharma, and a marketing background is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives and client expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Address client needs and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Oversee live and digital event planning and execution, ensuring all event logistics and requirements are handled efficiently.
• Ensure that events meet client objectives and deliver a high-quality experience.
• Apply a commercially focused approach to project management, considering cost-effectiveness and value delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven project management experience, with a focus on live or digital events and client management.
• Commercially focused with experience in the healthcare or sciences sector, ideally pharma or similar.
• Background in marketing is highly desirable.
