• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance or reinsurance industry, with specific experience in Guidewire Claims Center.
• Strong knowledge of specialty insurance and reinsurance processes, aligning with the needs of the Digital Portal, GW Claims, and Data Insight Hub/EDW initiative.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Claims Center or similar claims management systems, relevant to the upcoming projects.
• Proficiency in process documentation and workflow analysis, essential for optimizing the future projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, vital for contributing to the success of the Digital Portal, GW Claims, and Data Insight Hub/EDW initiative.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams on the mentioned projects.
• High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment, reflecting our commitment to flexibility.
