Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, milestone schedules, resource planning, budget tracking, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proactively track and communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive project execution by simplifying complexity, removing roadblocks, and ensuring alignment across all teams.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through successful delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across business and technical teams.
• Accurately estimate and secure necessary resources by working with IT and business program owners.
• Capture and publish meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Leverage data and project retrospectives to optimize future project performance and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital projects (eCommerce, Omni-channel, Order Management, Account Security, etc.).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; metric-driven management experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools – JIRA (for execution) and Confluence (for reporting).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with a wide range of teams including product, engineering, QA, architecture, release management, and business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.
