The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of AWS, Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, along with proven experience in project planning, team leadership, and risk management.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management / IT Delivery.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
- Good technical understanding of AWS.
- Experience managing projects involving Angular and Node.js.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and open-source technology stacks.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SAFe certification.
- Experience managing cloud-based software/platform projects.
- Experience working with large Agile development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and coordination to cross-functional technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track project progress using Jira and Confluence.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget.
