Technical / Functional Skills

• 5 years’ experience managing a program involving customer interaction 
• Strong communication skills with ability to quickly adapt to the situation
• Experience working directly with end customers (mostly startup and enterprise)
• Technical experience to understand and implement solutions using Azure services
• Experience handling a diverse team across geography
• Cloud experience is mandatory (Azure preferred)

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft AI Co-innovation program end to end  - follow and document processes
• Work with customer on understanding requirements and whiteboarding solution 
• Work with engineering team on feasibility of the solution using Azure services and other Microsoft technologies
• Schedule and drive sprint with Customer and all required stakeholders ensuring the scope is delivered 
• Drive daily standup with engineering team and sprint ceremonies
• Drive new technology adoption and related demo/innovation projects 
• Ensure contractual SLA/metrics are met
