Job Description
  • 4 years of professional business experience in digital & recruitment marketing, social media, Public Relations & Communications in a corporate/business environment.

  • College Degree not required if the candidate has min 4 yrs. experience.

  • Candidate must have some Talent Platform experience Preferred:

  • Two or more years' experience in a talent acquisition-related role

  • PM in Marketing and or branding would be a PLUS.

      • They will manage relationships with our recruiting tools/technologies vendors including direct employers, seek out, LinkedIn, Phenom People, etc. and be responsible setting up quarterly business review, ensure high usage from the seat holders, build recruitment strategies, share best practices, etc.

      • Identify system and process enhancements that align best practices with business goals, including prioritization and management of expectations to meet project deadlines and budgets.

      • Provide expertise on technologies that can be utilized such as ATS, CRM, Digital Screening, Video Interviewing, assessments, survey, and other talent technologies.

      • Manage change requests including defining business requirements, technology requirements, and scope of work.

      • They will act as the point of contact for the talent acquisition team to offer technology assistance in creating recruitment campaigns and delivering training on CRM platform to increase talent acquisition usage of the CRM.

      • Social media platforms, Web/Social publishing, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, other emerging social media channels, and a proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter dashboard administration. Also, ability to track, generate and analyze metrics.

      • Phenom People or similar Talent Experience platforms

      • Website content management systems (CMS) platforms (Phenom People/Kapost/ WordPress or similar) and/or website development

      • SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine marketing).

      • Recruitment marketing or digital marketing, branding, or a similar discipline

      • Managing complex projects, be creative and show innovation.

      • Ability to interact with a globally diverse, multi-cultural team.

      • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work independently and take initiative and ownership of work; organizing work from start to finish.

      • Creative writing skills and sense of image, photo, and video composition

      • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, team player.

      • Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives.

      • Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure.

      • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision both written and verbally.

      • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

      • Excellent attention to detail

      • Must have recruiting background. Must take initiative, be driven, self-motivated, bring fresh ideas to the table.
