Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP IBP and SAP APO transformation projects for clients.
• Coordinate teams to design and implement tactical planning processes for Demand, Inventory, Supply & Response, and S&OP.
• Facilitate workshops with global planners to create SCM business process models.
• Design core SAP IBP processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage organizational change impacts.
• Ensure effective forecasting, master data management, and S&OP process understanding.
• Oversee change management efforts for smooth adoption of processes.

Technical/Functional Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing SAP APO (DP, SNP) and SAP IBP (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply).
• APICS Certification (CSCP) and SAP IBP Certification.
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in Supply Chain Planning consulting.
