Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the PMO functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project management best practices.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar to develop project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Implement and manage Stage-Gate (SG) processes for project approval, ensuring projects adhere to governance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Leverage Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to analyze data and support project reporting.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and team members in project management best practices and tools.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of PMI concepts and best practices.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Proven experience utilizing project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) a plus.
  • Experience implementing Stage-Gate (SG) processes for project approval and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
