Oversee and manage the PMO functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project management best practices.
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar to develop project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
Implement and manage Stage-Gate (SG) processes for project approval, ensuring projects adhere to governance and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Leverage Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to analyze data and support project reporting.
Mentor and guide project managers and team members in project management best practices and tools.
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in project management.
Strong understanding of PMI concepts and best practices.
PMP certification required.
Proven experience utilizing project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) a plus.
Experience implementing Stage-Gate (SG) processes for project approval and management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
